Gene Composer™ is a software suite for computer aided design of codon engineered synthetic DNA sequences. Gene Composer offers full integration of structural and sequence data in its multiple sequence alignment package that facilitates the process of structure-based design of multiple protein constructs and virtual clones. Gene Composer empowers bench scientists in the use of modern synthetic gene design tools, including the planning of oligonucleotides for PCR-based gene synthesis.
